ADAM21 Antibody (PA5-72283) in WB
Western blot analysis of ADAM21 in Mouse kidney lysate. Samples were incubated with ADAM21 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-72283) using a dilution of 1:2,000 followed by Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG, (H+L), Peroxidase conjugated at a dilution of 1:10,000. Lysates/proteins: 20 µg per lane. Predicted band size: 81 kDa. Blocking/Dilution buffer: 5% NFDM/TBST.

Members of this family are membrane-anchored proteins structurally related to snake venom disintegrins, and have been implicated in a variety of biological processes involving cell-cell and cell-matrix interactions, including fertilization, muscle development, and neurogenesis. The expression of this gene expression is testis-specific.
