BACH2 Antibody (PA5-100792) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry analysis of paraffin-embedded BACH2 in rat brain tissue. Antigen retrieval was performed using citrate buffer. Samples were blocked with blocking buffer (1.5 hr, 22°C), incubated with BACH2 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-100792) using a dilution of 1:100 (1.5 hr, 22°C), followed by HRP conjugated goat anti-rabbit.

BTB and CNC homolog 2 (BACH2) is a transcriptional regulator that acts as repressor or activator. BACH2 binds to Maf recognition elements (MARE). It induces apoptosis in response to oxidative stress through repression of the antiapoptotic factor HMOX1.
