BCAS3 Antibody (600-401-Z40) in ICC/IF
Immunofluorescence Microscopy of BCAS3 antibody. Tissue: Human Breast Carcinoma. Fixation: 0.5% PFA. Antigen retrieval: not required. Primary antibody: BCAS3 antibody at 20 µg/mL for 1 hr at RT. Secondary antibody: Fluorescein rabbit secondary antibody at 1:10,000 for 45 min at RT. Localization: BCAS3 is nuclear and cytoplasmic. Staining: BCAS3 as red fluorescent signal.

BCAS3 is physically associated with histone H3 and histone acetyltransferase complex protein P/CAF (p300/CBP-associated factor) and possesses histone acetyltransferase activity. In breast cancer, several chromosomal sites frequently undergo amplification, implicating the location of genes important for tumor development and progression.
