CCDC86 Antibody (A302-481A) in IP
Detection of human CCDC86 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-CCDC86 antibody (Product # A302-481A) used for IP at 10 µg/mg lysate. CCDC86 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-CCDC86 antibody BL8325, which recognizes a downstream epitope. For blotting immunoprecipitated CCDC86, BL8325 was used at 1 µg/mL. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.
