CD99L2 Polyclonal Antibody detects CD99L2 protein at Cell membrane by immunofluorescent analysis. Sample: A549 cells were fixed in ice-cold MeOH for 5 min. Green: CD99L2 protein stained by CD99L2 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-78592) diluted at 1:500. Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.

CD99L2 may function as a homophilic adhesion molecule. CD99L2 functions in leukocyte-endothelial cell interactions during leukocyte extravasation, and in particular, at the diapedesis step. CD99L2 does not seem to be involved in docking of leukocytes to the vessel wall or in lymphocyte diapedesis.
