CD99L2 Antibody (PA5-90808) in WB
Western blot analysis of CD99L2 in extracts of various cell lines. Samples were incubated with CD99L2 Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-90808) using a dilution of 1:1,000, followed by HRP Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) at a dilution of 1:10,000. Lysates/proteins: 25 µg per lane. Blocking buffer: 3% nonfat dry milk in TBST. Detection: ECL Basic Kit. Exposure time: 10s.

CD99L2 may function as a homophilic adhesion molecule. CD99L2 functions in leukocyte-endothelial cell interactions during leukocyte extravasation, and in particular, at the diapedesis step. CD99L2 does not seem to be involved in docking of leukocytes to the vessel wall or in lymphocyte diapedesis.
