CDR2 Antibody (PA5-85546) in ICC/IF
CDR2 Polyclonal Antibody detects CDR2 protein at nucleus by immunofluorescent analysis. Sample: HeLa cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min. Green: CDR2 protein stained by CDR2 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-85546) diluted at 1:500. Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.

Using anti-Yo antibodies, three genes have been cloned (CDR 1-3). CDR2 suppresses the transcriptional activity and DNA binding of nuclear factor-kappa B by an unknown mechanism. The neuron specific expression of CDR2 is regulated by a post-transcriptional mechanism.
