CEP85 Antibody (A303-325A) in IP
Detection of human CEP85 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from HEK293T cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-CEP85 antibody (Product # A303-325A) used for IP at 6 µg/mg lysate. CEP85 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-CEP85 antibody A303-326A, which recognizes a downstream epitope. For blotting immunoprecipitated CEP85, A303-326A was used at 1 µg/mL. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.
