Cdc2L6 Antibody (PA5-142625) in ICC/IF
Immunocytochemistry-Immunofluorescence analysis of CDC2L6 in HeLa cells using Cdc2L6 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-142625). Cells were fixed with paraformaldehyde, permeabilized with 0.15% Triton, and incubated with the primary antibody for 1hr (10 µg/mL) followed by Alexa Fluor 488 secondary antibody (2 µg/mL), showing vesicle and weak nuclear staining. The nuclear stain is DAPI (blue). Negative control: Unimmunized goat IgG (10 µg/mL) followed by Alexa Fluor 488 secondary antibody (2 µg/mL).

CDC2L6 is one of the components of the Mediator coactivator complex. The Mediator complex is a multiprotein complex required for transcriptional activation by DNA binding transcription factors of genes transcribed by RNA polymerase II. The protein encoded by this gene is similar to cyclin-dependent kinase 8 which can also be a component of the Mediator complex.
