FBXO31 Antibody (A302-047A) in WB
Detection of human and mouse FBXO31 by western blot. Samples: Whole cell lysate (50 µg) from HeLa and mouse NIH 3T3 cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-FBXO31 antibody (Product # A302-047A) (lot A302-047A-2) used for WB at 0.4 µg/mL. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.

Members of the F-box protein family, such as FBXO31, are characterized by an approximately 40-amino acid F-box motif. SCF complexes, formed by SKP1, cullin, and F-box proteins, act as protein-ubiquitin ligases. F-box proteins interact with SKP1 through the F box, and they interact with ubiquitination targets through other protein interaction domains.
