GRK6 Antibody (PA5-101113) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry analysis of GRK6 in mouse brain tissue. The sample was formaldehyde fixed and a heat mediated antigen retrieval step in citrate buffer was performed. Samples were incubated with GRK6 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-101113) using a dilution of 1:100 (4°C overnight) followed by HRP conjugated anti-Rabbit secondary antibody.

GRK6 is a member of the guanine nucleotide-binding protein coupled receptor kinase subfamily of the serine/threonine protein kinase family. GRK6 phosphorylates the activated forms of G protein-coupled receptors to initiate their deactivation. Several transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been described for GRK6.
