Hepatitis C Virus NS5b Antibody (MA573936) in WB
Western blot analysis of Hepatitis C Virus NS5b in non-infected (–) and infected (+) Huh-7.5 whole cell extracts (30 µg). Samples were separated with 7.5% SDS-PAGE, incubated with Hepatitis C Virus NS5b Recombinant Monoclonal antibody (Product # MA573936) at a dilution of 1:1,000 and detected with HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody.

It is an RNA-dependent RNA polymerase, having the key function of replicating HCV's viral RNA by using the viral positive RNA strand as a template to catalyze the polymerization of ribonucleoside triphosphates during RNA replication.
