Western Blot using LIFR Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-81611) at 1:500 dilution. Lane A: Hela Whole Cell Lysate. Lysates/proteins at 30 μg per lane. Secondary Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (DyLight™ 800) at 1:10,000 dilution. Developed using the Odyssey technique. Performed under reducing conditions. Predicted band size: 120 kDa. Observed band size: 190 kDa. (We are unsure of the identity of these extra bands).

Target Information
Signal-transducing molecule. May have a common pathway with IL6ST. The soluble form inhibits the biological activity of LIF by blocking its binding to receptors on target cells.
