LSP1 Antibody (PA5-30084) in WB
Western blot analysis of LSP1 was performed by separating 50 µg of mouse tissue extract by 10% SDS-PAGE. Proteins were transferred to a membrane and probed with a LSP1 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-30084) at a dilution of 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody was used to detect the primary antibody.

This gene encodes an intracellular F-actin binding protein. The protein is expressed in lymphocytes, neutrophils, macrophages, and endothelium and may regulate neutrophil motility, adhesion to fibrinogen matrix proteins, and transendothelial migration. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms.
