Immunohistochemistry analysis using inflamed colon. Fixation involved formalin. Samples were incubated with Hsp70 monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-45099) at 1:10,000 for 12 hours at 4°C, followed by Biotin Goat Anti-Mouse at 1:2,000 for 1 hour at RT.
