MARK3 Antibody (PA5-106476) in ICC/IF
Immunofluorescent analysis of MARK3 in HeLa cells. Samples were fixed with paraformaldehyde, permeabilized with 0.1% Triton X-100, blocked with 10% serum (45 min at 25°C), incubated with mouse anti-beta tubulin and MARK3 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-106476) using a dilution of 1:200 (1 hr, 37°C), and followed by goat anti-rabbit IgG Alexa Fluor 594 (red) and goat anti-mouse IgG Alexa Fluor 488 (green).

靶标信息
MARK3 is a member of a group of kinases known to regulate cell polarity via phosphorylation of microtubule-associated proteins (MAPs). The protein encoded by MARK3 is activated by phosphorylation and in turn is involved in the phosphorylation of tau proteins MAP2 and MAP4. Several transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for MARK3.
