Western Blot analysis of NEXN in mouse skeletal muscle tissue using NEXN Recombinant Monoclonal Antibody (Product # MA567932). 15 μg of mouse skeletal muscle tissue lysate was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. NEXN Recombinant Monoclonal Antibody (Product # MA567932) was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated rabbit anti-mouse IgG (Light chain specific) was used as the secondary antibody. NEXN was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate.
