NUDT19 Antibody (PA5-51352) in WB
Western Blot analysis of NUDT19 was performed using Lane 1-2: 293T and K562 cells. The membrane was probed with NUDT19 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-51352) using 1:350 dilution. Secondary antibody: Goat anti rabbit IgG at 1:8,000 dilution. Exposure time: 3 seconds.

NUDT19 is a coenzyme A diphosphatase that mediates the hydrolysis of a wide range of CoA esters, including choloyl-CoA and branched-chain fatty-acyl-CoA esters. At low substrate concentrations medium and long-chain fatty-acyl-CoA esters, NUDT19 are the primary substrates.
