PDCD2L Antibody (PA5-103473) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry analysis of PDCD2L in mouse testis tissue. The sample was formaldehyde fixed and a heat mediated antigen retrieval step in citrate buffer was performed. Samples were incubated with PDCD2L polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-103473) using a dilution of 1:100 (4°C overnight) followed by HRP conjugated anti-Rabbit secondary antibody.

Antibody detects endogenous levels of total PDCD2L.
靶标信息
Over expression of PDCD2L attenutates TNF-alpha release in Daudi cells. PDCD2L over-expression restrained proliferation of HEK293T cells. DNA/flow cytometry analysis showed that the over-expression of PDCD2L severely delays cell cycle progression at S phase. These all suggest that PDCD2L might play a role in apoptosis.
