Store vial at -20° C prior to opening. Aliquot contents and freeze at -20° C or below for extended storage. Avoid cycles of freezing and thawing. Centrifuge product if not completely clear after standing at room temperature. This product is stable for several weeks at 4° C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use.

Directed against human PDK-1. A BLAST analysis was used to suggest cross-reactivity with PDK-1 protein from mouse, rat and dog based on 92% homology with the immunizing sequence. Reactivity against homologues from other sources is unknown.

靶标信息

PDK1 (3-phosphoinositide dependent kinase-1) is a serine/threonine protein kinase localized to the plasma membrane. It plays a vital role in insulin-induced glycogen synthesis, PKC activation, and activation of the AGC subfamily of protein kinases. Plays an important role in cellular responses to hypoxia and is important for cell proliferation under hypoxia. Protects cells against apoptosis in response to hypoxia and oxidative stress.
