Western blot analysis of PDK2 in Lane 1: HEK293T whole cell lysate (40 µg), Lane 2: L02 whole cell lysate (40 µg), Lane 3: the brain tissue lysate of mouse (40 µg), Lane 4: the brain tissue lysate of rat (40 µg), Lane 5: the liver tissue lysate of mouse (40 µg), Lane 6: the liver tissue lysate of rat (40 µg). Samples were incubated with PDK2 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-75472) at a dilution of 1:500.
