PLXNB3 Antibody (PA5-48065) in WB
Western blot analysis of PLXNB3 in rat embryonic hippocampal neurons. Samples were incubated in PLXNB3 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-48065) using a dilution of 1 µg/mL followed by a HRP-conjugated Anti-Sheep IgG secondary antibody. For additional reference, Recombinant Human Plexin B3 (1 ng) was included. A specific band for Plexin B3 was detected at approximately 140 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions.

Target Information
The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the plexin family. It functions as a receptor for semaphorin 5A, and plays a role in axon guidance, invasive growth and cell migration. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.
