Western blot analysis of PMF1 in extracts of various cell lines. Samples were incubated with PMF1 Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-95882) using a dilution of 1:1,000, followed by HRP Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) at a dilution of 1:10,000. Lysates/proteins: 25 µg per lane. Blocking buffer: 3% nonfat dry milk in TBST. Detection: ECL Basic Kit. Exposure time: 90s.

Target Information
PMF1 is part of the MIS12 complex which is required for normal chromosome alignment and segregation and kinetochore formation during mitosis. It may act as a cotranscription partner of NFE2L2 involved in regulation of polyamine-induced transcription of SSAT.
