Western Blot analysis of PSG6 using a PSG6 Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-98094) at a concentration of 6 µg/mL. Lane 1: HepG2 whole cell lysate. Lane 2: 293T whole cell lysate. Lane 3: MCF-7 whole cell lysate. A secondary Goat polyclonal antibody to rabbit IgG was applied at a 1:10,000 dilution. Observed band size: 49 kDa.

PSGs comprise a subgroup of the carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) family, which belongs to the immunoglobulin superfamily.
