PSMB2 Antibody (PA5-96338) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry analysis of PSMB2 in paraffin-embedded human esophageal cancer. Samples were incubated with PSMB2 Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-96338) using a dilution of 1:100 (40x lens). Perform high pressure antigen retrieval with 10 mM citrate buffer pH 6.0 before commencing with IHC staining protocol.

Target Information
The proteasome is a multicatalytic proteinase complex which is characterized by its ability to cleave peptides with Arg, Phe, Tyr, Leu, and Glu adjacent to the leaving group at neutral or slightly basic pH. The proteasome has an ATP-dependent proteolytic activity. This subunit has a trypsin-like activity.
