PSMC3 Antibody (PA1-968) in ICC/IF
Immunofluorescence analysis of PSMC3 was performed using 70% confluent log phase Hep G2 cells. The cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde for 10 minutes, permeabilized with 0.1% Triton™ X-100 for 10 minutes, and blocked with 1% BSA for 1 hour at room temperature. PA1-968 has been successfully used in Western blot and immunoprecipitation procedures. By Western blot, this antibody detects a 48 kDa protein representing proteasome 19S subunit S6' from HeLa cell lysate.
