RGPD Pan Antibody (PA5-103247) in ICC/IF
Immunocytochemistry analysis of RGPD Pan in A549 cells. The samples were fixed with PFA and permeabilized in 0.1% Triton X-100, then blocked in 10% serum for 45 minutes at 25°C. Samples were incubated with RGPD Pan polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-103247) and mouse anti-beta tubulin antibody for 1 hour at 37°C. An AlexaFluor594 conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG(H+L) (Red) and an AlexaFluor488 conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG(H+L) (Green) were used as the secondary antibodies. The nuclear counter stain is DAPI (blue).

This gene is located in a cluster of Ran-binding protein related genes on chromosome 2 which arose through duplication in primates. The encoded protein contains an N-terminal TPR (tetratricopeptide repeat) domain, two Ran-binding domains, and a C-terminal GRIP domain (golgin-97, RanBP2alpha, Imh1p and p230/golgin-245) domain.
