RbAp48 Antibody (PA5-89540) in WB
Western blot analysis of RbAp48 in extracts from normal (control) and RBBP4 knockout (KO) 293T cells. Samples were incubated with RbAp48 Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-89540) using a dilution of 1:1,000, followed by HRP Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) at a dilution of 1:10,000. Lysates/proteins: 25 µg per lane. Blocking buffer: 3% nonfat dry milk in TBST. Detection: ECL Basic Kit. Exposure time: 1s.

Target Information
RbAp48-11G10 recognizes full length RbAp48, a 48 kDa nuclear protein first isolated by its ability to interact with the carboxyl-terminus of the retinoblastoma protein (Rb). It is a member of the WD (Trp-Asp) repeat family of proteins. RbAp48 is one of the three subunits of CAF-1, can bind to histone H4 and is a subunit of human histone deacetylase HD1.
