SAPS1 Antibody (A300-968A) in WB
Detection of human SAPS1 by western blot and immunoprecipitation. Samples: Whole cell lysate (5, 15 and 50 µg for WB; 1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-SAPS1 antibody (Product # A300-968A) used for WB at 0.04 µg/mL (A) and 0.1 µg/mL (B) and used for IP at 3 µg/mg lysate (B). SAPS1 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-SAPS1 antibody BL4306, which recognizes an upstream epitope. Detection: Chemiluminescence with exposure times of 3 seconds (A and B).

Target Information
Protein phosphatase regulatory subunits, such as SAPS1, modulate the activity of protein phosphatase catalytic subunits by restricting substrate specificity, recruiting substrates, and determining the intracellular localization of the holoenzyme. SAPS1 is a regulatory subunit for the protein phosphatase-6 catalytic subunit.
