SHIP2 Antibody (PA5-95562) in ICC/IF
Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence analysis of SHIP2 in U20S cells using SHIP2 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-95562). Enzyme antigen retrieval was performed using IHC enzyme antigen retrieval reagent for 15 mins. The cells were blocked with 10% goat serum and incubated with the primary antibody at 2 µg/mL. IHC: human gastric cancer tissue, human lung cancer tissue, human ovary cancer tissue, human placenta tissue, mouse spleen tissue, rat brain tissue, rat lung tissue. ICC/IF: U20S cell. Flow: A431 cell.|Store at -20°C for one year from date of receipt. After reconstitution, at 4°C for one month. It can also be aliquotted and stored frozen at -20°C for six months.
