SIX1 Antibody — Antibody specificity was demonstrated by siRNA mediated knockdown of target protein. Rh30 cells were transfected with, control siRNA, SIX1 siRNA probe #1, and SIX1 siRNA probe #2 and a decrease in signal intensity was observed in Western Blot application using Anti-SIX1 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-51654) used at a dilution of 0.4 µg/mL. Anti-PPIB was used as a loading control. {KD}

SIX1 Antibody — Relative expression in different tissues in IHC: Detection of differential expression levels of SIX1 demonstrates antibody specificity. Immunohistochemical analysis of SIX1 using anti-SIX1 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-51654), shows significant staining of SIX1 in human skeletal muscle and shows minimal or weak staining in human liver tissues. This gene is found in a cluster of related genes on chromosome 14 and is thought to be involved in limb development. Defects in this gene are a cause of autosomal dominant deafness type 23 (DFNA23) and branchiootic syndrome type 3 (BOS3).
