SMYD3 Antibody (PA5-80045) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry analysis of SMYD3 on paraffin-embedded human intestinal cancer tissue. Sample was incubated with SMYD3 polyclonal antibody (Product# PA5-80045) with a dilution of 1 µg/mL, and developed by Streptavidin-Biotin-Complex (SABC) with DAB chromogen method.

Target Information
SMYD3 (histone-lysine N-methyltransferase) methylates Lys-4 of histone H3 and Lys-5 of histone H4. It induces di- and tri-methylation. SMYD3 plays an important role in transcriptional activation as a member of an RNA polymerase complex.
