SPC24 Antibody (PA5-112225) in WB
Western Blot analysis of SPC24 using SPC24 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-112225) at a dilution of 1:500. Lane A: MOLT-4 whole cell lysate, Lane B: U-251 MG whole cell lysate, (Lysates/proteins at 30 µg per lane). The secondary antibody used was a Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L)/HRP at 1:10,000 dilution. Developed using the ECL technique and performed under reducing conditions. Predicted band size: 22 kDa. Observed band size: 26 kDa.
