Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence analysis of ST7 in A431 cell using ST7 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-95405). Enzyme antigen retrieval was performed using IHC enzyme antigen retrieval reagent for 15 mins. The cells were blocked with 10% goat serum and incubated with the primary antibody at 5 µg/mL and mouse anti-Beta Tubulin antibody overnight at 4°C. Mutation screening of the entire coding region in autistic individuals failed to identify phenotype-specific variants, suggesting that coding mutations for this gene are unlikely to be involved in the etiology of autism. The function of this gene product has not been determined. Transcript variants encoding different isoforms of this protein have been described.
