Strep Tag Antibody (PA5-119611) in WB
Western blot analysis of Strep Tag in Non-transfected (-) and transfected (+) 293T whole cell extracts (30 µg). Sample was separated with 12% SDS-PAGE, incubated with polyclonal Strep Tag antibody (Product # PA5-119611) at a dilution of 1:5000, and followed by HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG.
