TEAD2 Antibody (PA5-116018) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry analysis of TEAD2 in rat testis tissue. Samples were treated with formaldehyde and treated with citrate buffer for antigen retrieval, blocked, and incubated (1.5 hours at 22°C) with polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-116018) at a dilution of 1:100. Secondary staining was applied with HRP conjugated anti-Rabbit.

Target Information
TEAD2 is a putative transcription factor that binds to the SPH and GT-IIC enhansons (5'-GTGGAATGT-3'). TEAD2 may be involved in the gene regulation of neural development. TEAD2 binds to the M-CAT motif.
