TMEM50A Antibody (PA5150349) in WB
Western blot analysis of TMEM50A in various lysates. Samples were incubated with TMEM50A polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5150349) using a dilution of 1:1,000 in 5% NFDM/TBST at 4°C overnight followed by Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG - HRP Secondary Antibody at a dilution of 1:50,000 for 1 hour at room temperature. This gene is located in the RH gene locus, between the RHD and RHCE genes. The function of its protein product is unknown; however, its sequence has potential transmembrane domains suggesting that it may be an integral membrane protein. Its position between the RH genes suggests that polymorphisms in this gene may be tightly linked to RH haplotypes and may contribute to selective pressure for or against certain RH haplotypes.
