TREML2 Antibody (PA5-47833) in WB
Western blot analysis of TREML2 in mouse spleen tissue. Samples were incubated in TREML2 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-47833) using a dilution of 1 µg/mL followed by a HRP-conjugated Anti-Sheep IgG secondary antibody. A band was detected for TREML2/TLT‚2 at approximately 45 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions.

In direct ELISAs, less than 1% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse (rm) TREML1, rmTREML4, rmTREM1, rmTREM2b, rmTREM3, rmTREM4, and recombinant human TREM2 is observed.
Reconstitute in sterile PBS to a final concentration of 0.2 mg/mL.
