TRNT1 Antibody (PA5-110524) in WB
Western blot analysis of TRNT1 in extracts of various cell lines. Samples were incubated with TRNT1 Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-110524) using a dilution of 1:1,000, followed by HRP Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) at a dilution of 1:10,000. Lysates/proteins: 25 µg per lane. Blocking buffer: 3% nonfat dry milk in TBST. Detection: ECL Basic Kit. Exposure time: 30s.

TRNT1 belongs to the tRNA nucleotidyltransferase/poly(A) polymerase family. It adds and repairs the conserved 3'-CCA sequence necessary for the attachment of amino acids to the 3' terminus of tRNA molecules, using CTP and ATP as substrates.
