Western blot analysis of TEC using Tec Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-114365). Electrophoresis was performed on a 5-20% SDS-PAGE gel at 70V (Stacking gel)/90V (Resolving gel) for 2-3 hours. The sample well of each lane was loaded with 30 µg of sample under reducing conditions. Lane 1: human HEL whole cell lysates. Lane 2: human THP-1 whole cell lysates. They are also key players in the regulation of the immune functions. Tec kinase is an integral component of T cell signaling and has a distinct role in T cell activation.
