USF2 Antibody (PA5-104472) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry analysis of paraffin-embedded USF2 in human Smooth muscle tissue sections. Antigen retrieval was performed using citrate buffer. Samples were blocked with blocking buffer (1.5 hr, 22°C), incubated with USF2 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-104472) using a dilution of 1:100 (1.5 hr, 22°C), followed by HRP conjugated goat anti-rabbit.

Target Information
USF2 consists of 43kDa (USF-1) and 44kDa (USF-2) polypeptides which independently exhibit site-specific DNA binding and are members of the c-Myc-related family of regulatory factors containing helix-loop-helix domains. USF also contains a leucine repeat that is required for efficient DNA binding.
