p49/STRAP Antibody (A303-044A) in WB
Detection of human p49/STRAP by western blot and immunoprecipitation. Samples: Whole cell lysate (5, 15 and 50 µg for WB; 1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-p49/STRAP antibody (Product # A303-044A) used for WB at 0.4 µg/mL (A) and 1 µg/mL (B) and used for IP at 6 µg/mg lysate. p49/STRAP was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-p49/STRAP antibody BL11074, which recognizes an upstream epitope. Detection: Chemiluminescence with exposure times of 3 minutes (A) and 10 seconds (B).
