Modified Organism, \u7b80\u79f0GMO)\u7684\u65e5\u76ca\u666e\u53ca\uff0c\u8f6c\u57fa\u56e0\u4ea7\u54c1\u8fdb\u5165\u5e02\u573a\u7684\u79cd\u7c7b\u548c\u6570\u91cf\u8d8a\u6765\u8d8a\u591a\uff0c\u4e3a\u4fdd\u62a4\u6d88\u8d39\u8005\u7684\u77e5\u60c5\u6743\uff0c\u6211\u56fd\u9881\u5e03\u5b9e\u65bd\u4e86\u8f6c\u57fa\u56e0\u4ea7\u54c1\u7684\u6807\u8bc6\u5236\u5ea6\u3002\u4e3a\u4e86\u4fdd\u969c\u8f6c\u57fa\u56e0\u6807\u8bc6\u5236\u5ea6\u7684\u987a\u5229\u5b9e\u65bd\uff0c\u5efa\u7acb\u7cbe\u786e\u6709\u6548\u7684\u68c0\u6d4b\u65b9\u6cd5\u5c24\u4e3a\u91cd\u8981\uff0c\u5bf9\u4e8e\u68c0\u6d4b\u65b9\u6cd5\u5b9a\u91cf\u7684\u51c6\u786e\u6027\u63d0\u51fa\u4e86\u5f88\u9ad8\u7684\u8981\u6c42[1]\u3002\u6570\u5b57PCR\u662f\u4e00\u79cd\u4e0d\u4f9d\u8d56\u4e8e\u6807\u51c6\u7269\u8d28\u548c\u6807\u51c6\u66f2\u7ebf\u80fd\u5bf9\u6838\u9178\u8fdb\u884c\u7edd\u5bf9\u5b9a\u91cf\u7684\u68c0\u6d4b\u6280\u672f\uff0c\u5728\u8f6c\u57fa\u56e0\u4f5c\u7269\u53ca\u5176\u4ea7\u54c1\u7684\u5b9a\u91cf\u68c0\u6d4b\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u8f6c\u57fa\u56e0\u68c0\u6d4b\u6807\u51c6\u7269\u8d28\u7684\u7814\u5236\u4e2d\u7684\u5e94\u7528\u8d8a\u6765\u8d8a\u5e7f\u6cdb[2]\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0 0 14px;line-height: 1.9;color: #344054\">2017\u5e742\u670828\u65e5\u53d1\u5e03\uff0c2017\u5e749\u67081\u65e5\u5b9e\u65bd\u7684\u56fd\u6807 GB\/T 33526-2017\u300a\u8f6c\u57fa\u56e0\u690d\u7269\u4ea7\u54c1\u6570\u5b57PCR\u68c0\u6d4b\u65b9\u6cd5\u300b\u4e2d\u89c4\u5b9a\u4e86\u8f6c\u57fa\u56e0\u6210\u5206\u68c0\u6d4b\u7684\u6570\u5b57PCR\u65b9\u6cd5\uff0c\u9002\u7528\u4e8e\u7389\u7c73\u3001\u5927\u8c46\u3001\u6cb9\u83dc\u3001\u6c34\u7a3b\u3001\u9a6c\u94c3\u85af\u3001\u82dc\u84ff\u3001\u68c9\u82b1\u7b49\u8f6c\u57fa\u56e0\u690d\u7269\u53ca\u5176\u4ea7\u54c1\u7684\u8f6c\u57fa\u56e0\u6210\u5206\u6570\u5b57PCR\u68c0\u6d4b\uff0c\u6240\u80fd\u8fbe\u5230\u7684\u68c0\u6d4b\u4f4e\u9650\u4e3a0.1%\u3002\u56fd\u6807\u4e2d\u6307\u51fa\uff0c\u6570\u5b57PCR\u5176\u6280\u672f\u539f\u7406\u662f\u901a\u8fc7\u5c06\u539f\u59cbPCR\u53cd\u5e94\u4f53\u7cfb\u8fdb\u884c\u5206\u5272\uff0c\u8fdb\u800c\u5bf9\u6240\u6709\u5c0f\u7684\u53cd\u5e94\u4f53\u7cfb\u8fdb\u884c\u6269\u589e\u5e76\u540e\u7eed\u68c0\u6d4b\u3002\u901a\u8fc7\u5bf9\u53cd\u5e94\u4f53\u7cfb\u8fdb\u884c\u6709\u9650\u7684\u5206\u5272\uff0c\u4ece\u800c\u4f7f\u6574\u4e2a\u53cd\u5e94\u4f53\u7cfb\u53ef\u4ee5\u66f4\u52a0\u8010\u53d7\u6838\u9178\u6291\u5236\u56e0\u5b50\uff0c\u5e76\u4e14\u66f4\u52a0\u7a33\u5b9a\u3001\u51c6\u786e\u3001\u5feb\u901f\u5730\u5bf9\u75d5\u91cf\u7684\u8f6c\u57fa\u56e0\u6210\u5206\u8fdb\u884c\u7cbe\u51c6\u9274\u5b9a\u3002\u5176\u4e2d\u5fae\u6ef4\u5f0f\u6570\u5b57PCR\u7684\u6cb9\u5305\u6c34\u5206\u5272\u65b9\u5f0f\u7684\u7a33\u5b9a\u6027\u8f83\u5dee\uff0c\u800c\u4e14\u5bf9\u4e8e\u6570\u636e\u5206\u6790\u7684\u8981\u6c42\u4e5f\u76f8\u5bf9\u8f83\u9ad8\uff0c\u800c\u82af\u7247\u5f0f\u6570\u5b57PCR\u901a\u8fc7\u5fae\u6d41\u63a7\u82af\u7247\u5b9e\u73b0\u5bf9\u539f\u59cb\u53cd\u5e94\u4f53\u7cfb\u7684\u5206\u5272\uff0c\u8fd9\u79cd\u5206\u5272\u65b9\u5f0f\u5177\u6709\u7a33\u5b9a\u6027\u597d\u3001\u5747\u4e00\u6027\u597d\u7684\u4f18\u70b9\u3002Applied Biosystems QuantStudio Absolute Q\u82af\u7247\u5f0f\u6570\u5b57PCR\u7cfb\u7edf\u91c7\u7528\u82af\u7247\u5f0f\u6570\u5b57PCR\u539f\u7406\uff0c\u80fd\u591f\u7b80\u6d01\u3001\u5feb\u901f\u3001\u51c6\u786e\u5730\u5b8c\u6210\u8f6c\u57fa\u56e0\u7684\u68c0\u6d4b\u548c\u5b9a\u91cf\u3002<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section
