blot\uff09\u4e2d\u81f3\u5173\u91cd\u8981\uff0c\u56e0\u4e3a\u5b83\u4eec\u5728\u7535\u6cf3\u5206\u79bb\u540e\u4e3a\u86cb\u767d\u8d28\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u4e00\u4e2a\u7a33\u5b9a\u7684\u56fa\u5b9a\u5e73\u53f0\u3002\u4e00\u65e6\u86cb\u767d\u8d28\u4ece\u51dd\u80f6\u8f6c\u79fb\u5230\u819c\u4e0a\uff0c\u7814\u7a76\u4eba\u5458\u5c31\u53ef\u4ee5\u4f7f\u7528\u7279\u5f02\u6027\u6297\u4f53\u6765\u68c0\u6d4b\u548c\u5b9a\u91cf\u76ee\u6807\u86cb\u767d\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u8fd9\u4e9b\u819c\u7ecf\u8fc7\u7279\u6b8a\u8bbe\u8ba1\uff0c\u5177\u6709\u9ad8\u86cb\u767d\u7ed3\u5408\u80fd\u529b\uff0c\u5e76\u4e14\u517c\u5bb9\u591a\u79cd\u68c0\u6d4b\u65b9\u6cd5\uff0c\u5982\u5316\u5b66\u53d1\u5149\u3001\u8367\u5149\u548c\u6bd4\u8272\u5206\u6790\uff0c\u4ece\u800c\u6700\u7ec8\u63d0\u5347\u4e86\u5206\u6790\u7684\u7075\u654f\u5ea6\u548c\u51c6\u786e\u6027\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5728Western blot\u5b9e\u9a8c\u4e2d\uff0c\u4e3b\u8981\u6709\u4e24\u79cd\u8f6c\u819c\u9009\u62e9\uff1aPVDF\u548c\u785d\u9178\u7ea4\u7ef4\u7d20\u3002\u8fd9\u4e24\u79cd\u6750\u6599\u5728\u8bb8\u591a\u76ee\u6807\u86cb\u767d\u4e0a\u90fd\u80fd\u4ea7\u751f\u7c7b\u4f3c\u4e14\u53ef\u9760\u7684\u7ed3\u679c\uff0c\u4f46\u6bcf\u79cd\u6750\u6599\u5728\u7279\u5b9a\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\u5404\u6709\u72ec\u7279\u4f18\u52bf\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u90a3\u4e48\uff0c\u8be5\u5982\u4f55\u9009\u62e9\u5462\uff1f<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 blot\u7684\u7ed3\u679c\u3002\u5982\u679c\u86cb\u767d\u4e0e\u819c\u4e4b\u95f4\u76f8\u4e92\u4f5c\u7528\u8f83\u5dee\uff0c\u53ef\u80fd\u4f1a\u5bfc\u81f4\u5728\u5b75\u80b2\u6216\u6d17\u6da4\u6b65\u9aa4\u4e2d\u86cb\u767d\u4ece\u819c\u4e0a\u8131\u843d\u3002\u5728\u4e25\u91cd\u65f6\u751a\u81f3\u53ef\u80fd\u5b8c\u5168\u65e0\u6cd5\u5c06\u86cb\u767d\u56fa\u5b9a\u5230\u819c\u4e0a\u3002\u5982\u679c\u4f60\u96be\u4ee5\u68c0\u6d4b\u5230\u76ee\u6807\u86cb\u767d\uff0c\u4e0d\u59a8\u5c1d\u8bd5\u66f4\u6362\u53e6\u4e00\u79cd\u7c7b\u578b\u7684\u8f6c\u819c\u4f5c\u4e3a\u8d77\u70b9\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 href=\"https:\/\/www.thermofisher.cn\/cn\/zh\/home\/life-science\/protein-biology\/protein-assays-analysis\/western-blotting\/detect-proteins-western-blot\/western-blot-detection-reagents\/fluorescent-western-blot-detection.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u8367\u5149\u68c0\u6d4b\u65b9\u6cd5<\/a>\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u4e0d\u540c\u7c7b\u578b\u7684\u819c\u5728\u5173\u952e\u6027\u80fd\u65b9\u9762\u5b58\u5728\u5dee\u5f02\uff0c\u8fd9\u53ef\u80fd\u4f1a\u5f71\u54cd\u60a8\u7684\u9009\u62e9\u3002\u4f4e\u8367\u5149PVDF\u662f\u4e00\u79cd\u591a\u7528\u9014\u9009\u9879\uff0c\u9002\u7528\u4e8e\u6240\u6709\u68c0\u6d4b\u65b9\u6cd5\uff0c\u4f46\u5728\u8367\u5149\u68c0\u6d4b\u4e2d\u8868\u73b0\u5c24\u4e3a\u51fa\u8272\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3
