\u626b\u63cf\u7535\u5b50\u663e\u5fae\u955c\uff08SEM\uff09\uff1aSEM\u662f\u4e00\u79cd\u5f3a\u5927\u7684\u5de5\u5177\uff0c\u53ef\u7528\u4e8e\u68c0\u67e5\u7535\u6c60\u6750\u6599\u5728\u5fae\u7c73\u5c3a\u5ea6\u4e0a\u7684\u8868\u9762\u5f62\u8c8c\u548c\u7ed3\u6784\u7ec6\u8282\u3002\u901a\u8fc7\u7528\u7535\u5b50\u8f70\u51fb\u6837\u54c1\u5e76\u6d4b\u91cf\u53d1\u5c04\u51fa\u7684\u4e8c\u6b21\u6216\u80cc\u6563\u5c04\u7535\u5b50\uff0cSEM\u80fd\u591f\u751f\u6210\u9ad8\u5206\u8fa8\u7387\u56fe\u50cf\uff0c\u63ed\u793a\u8868\u9762\u7684\u7eb9\u7406\u548c\u6210\u5206\u3002\u7814\u7a76\u4eba\u5458\u5229\u7528SEM\u5bf9\u4e0b\u4e00\u4ee3\u7535\u6c60\u5f00\u53d1\u4e2d\u4f7f\u7528\u7684\u6750\u6599\u8fdb\u884c\u8868\u5f81\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u89c2\u5bdf\u548c\u5206\u6790\u7528\u4e8e\u6b63\u6781\u6d3b\u6027\u6750\u6599\u4e0a\u7684\u8584\u6d82\u5c42\u3002\uff08\u5982\u4e0b\u56fe1\u6240\u793a\uff0c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.thermofisher.cn\/cn\/zh\/home\/electron-microscopy\/products\/scanning-electron-microscopes\/apreo-sem.html?icid=CAD_blog_materials_2025June\">\u8d5b\u9ed8\u98de\u4e16\u5c14\u79d1\u5b66\u516c\u53f8\u7684Apreo ChemiSEM\u2122 \u4eea\u5668<\/a>\u88ab\u7528\u4e8e\u4ee5\u6781\u4f4e\u7740\u9646\u7535\u538b\u68c0\u6d4bNMC\u6b63\u6781\u9897\u7c92\u4e0a\u7684\u8d85\u8584\u6d82\u5c42\u3002\uff09\n\n<\/p>\n\n\n<div \u53cc\u675f\u805a\u7126\u79bb\u5b50\u675f\uff08FIB\uff09-\u626b\u63cf\u7535\u5b50\u663e\u5fae\u955c\uff08SEM\uff09\u7cfb\u7edf\uff1a<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul
