CDO Antibody (PA5-47315) in WB
Western blot analysis of CDO in C2C12 mouse myoblast cell line. Samples were incubated in CDO polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-47315) using a dilution of 0.25 µg/mL followed by a HRP-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG secondary antibody. A specific band was detected for CDO at approximately 190 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions.
