CHML Antibody (PA5-101802) in ICC/IF
Immunofluorescent analysis of CHML in HepG2. Samples were fixed with paraformaldehyde, permeabilized with 0.1% Triton X-100, blocked with 10% serum (45 min at 25°C) incubated with CHML polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-101802) using a dilution of 1:200 (1 hr, 37°C), and followed by goat anti-rabbit IgG Alexa Fluor 594 at a dilution of 1:600.

Antibody detects endogenous levels of total CHML.
靶标信息
Binds unprenylated Rab proteins, presents it to the catalytic component B, and remains bound to it after the geranylgeranyl transfer reaction. The component A may be regenerated by transferring its prenylated Rab to a protein acceptor. Less effective than REP-1 in supporting prenylation of Rab3 family.
