Western Blot of mouse anti-GABA-A Receptor Delta antibody. Lane 1: Rat cell line mix. Load: 15 µg per lane. Primary antibody: GABA-A Receptor Delta antibody at 1:1,000 for 2hr at RT. Secondary antibody: Sheep Anti-mouse HRP secondary antibody at 1:10,000 for 60 min at RT. Block: 1.5% BSA for 30 min at RT. Predicted/Observed size: 50.6 kDa, ~53 kDa for GABA-A Receptor Delta. Other band(s): none.
