Detection of human HP1BP3 by western blot. Samples: Whole cell lysate (15 µg) from Jurkat, HEK293T, and A-549 cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-HP1BP3 antibody A305-840A-M (lot A305-840A-M-1) used for WB at 1:1000. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.
