NFAM1 Antibody (PA5-110025) in WB
Western blot analysis of NFAM1 in extracts of Mouse spleen. Samples were incubated with NFAM1 Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-110025) using a dilution of 1:1,000, followed by HRP Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) at a dilution of 1:10,000. Lysates/proteins: 25 µg per lane. Blocking buffer: 3% nonfat dry milk in TBST. Detection: ECL Basic Kit. Exposure time: 90s.

The encoded protein contains an immunoreceptor tyrosine-based activation motif (ITAM) and is thought to regulate the signaling and development of B-cells. It is also known CNAIP.
